Application Form

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Clayton Early Childhood Center. Please complete an application ($100 fee) for your child to be placed on our waiting list. Clayton Early Childhood Center’s school year begins mid-August each year, and our enrollment process for the coming school year begins in Winter. We encourage families to get on the waitlist as soon as possible for mid-August enrollment. Currently enrolled families take priority on the waiting list.

Clayton Early Childhood Center currently has several openings for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Please complete your application and contact us at 314-725-2325 to explore enrollment opportunities.

Upon acceptance, a refundable deposit equal to one month's tuition is required for full-time students.

Should there be a need to withdraw, the deposit will be applied to your last month's tuition given a four-week written notice is provided.
