About Us
CECC's flexible, full-day programs (7:30 am to 6:00 pm) help meet the needs of working parents without additional before or after school care, and a summer curriculum creates a seamless, year-round experience.

Clayton Early Childhood Center is licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Human Services, and follows all guidelines established by The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
